Ontario issues RFP for Bradford Bypass bridge crossing
The RFP is the first step of the project to build the controversial new road that will extend from Highway 400 between 8th Line and 9th Line in Bradford West Gwillimbury to Highway 404 between Queensville Sideroad and Holborn Road in East Gwillimbury.
Provincial and Division corridor project reaches milestone
Work on the second phase of the four-phase project in Windsor wrapped up this fall. Once the project is fully complete in 2025, it will relieve congestion on a busy commercial/industrial corridor.
North Bay sets building permit record
With two months of permit data yet to be collected and reported, the city has already surpassed its best-every year for construction—at $105 million. The previous record of $101 million was set over 12 months in 2006.
Toronto announces developers for third Housing Now site
The city has awarded the contract for the development of the Phase One Housing Now site at 777 Victoria Park Avenue to Alterra Group of Companies and Mahogany Management.
