Construction continues on Windsor’s Eastside Horizons
Construction is ongoing on the largest condominium development in Windsor in 15 years.
The project team broke ground on Eastside Horizons, a three-tower, 60-unit project nearly a year ago. The first tower is reached its full height in September, with occupancy expected in September. Work on the second tower continues.
Situated east of Elizabeth Kishon Park in East Windsor, Eastside Horizons is a pure residential development comprising three seven-storey condominium towers with no commercial units. More than one third of the total site area will be designated as landscaped area.
Leading construction is Markham-based project managers Blockwood Construction. Also involved are structural engineers EXP, civil engineers Dillon Consulting, architects Mehboob Bangash Architects, HL Engineering, JJ Acoustic Engineering, and Verhaegen Land Surveyors.
