Publish a Certificate
Publish a certificate or notice
There are two ways to publish a certificate of substantial performance or other government notice with Link2Build.
- If you have received a copy of your Certificate of Substantial Performance or other legal notice, simply click on Submit Online in the appropriate row below to start the publication process. The system will prompt you to enter project details in the required data fields.
- If you need to create a Certificate of Substantial Performance or other legal notice, use a template by clicking on Download Word File, and entering all required details and signatures. Once completed, convert your file into PDF document, as this will be a final step in the online publishing process noted above.
If you wish, you may also include the email addresses of any subcontractors and suppliers you wish to instantly inform of the notice’s publication.
After you submit the form and your payment information is approved, your notice will be published immediately to Link2Build.ca, and will remain archived on the site indefinitely.
Looking to purchase many certificates?
For regular repeat publishers of Certificates of Substantial Performance and other legal notices you may wish to consider the convenience and security of pre-paid packages so that your firm does not have to enter a credit card each time you wish to publish. View our pre-paid packages.
