Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced on Monday that his government is bringing back stricter rules to stem the flow of low-wage temporary foreign workers.

The incident occurred on the site of a high-rise project in Ottawa when a worker was injured by a swinging peri box that was rigged to a tower crane.

The university will use the funding to build a state-of-the-art Indigenous education facility with classrooms, cultural areas, research spaces, an archive and library, as well as outdoor ceremonial grounds and gardens.

The bridge is an important link between Highway 401 and Prince Edward County.

The new infrastructure will also support Algoma Steel’s transition from coal to electric arc furnaces in its steel-making process.
