The company will inject more than $200 million into the property to restore the National Historic Site, transforming it into a destination overlooking the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.

The funding will support three projects in London, St. Thomas and Kitchener that will build more than 700 combined units.

The incident occurred on June 28, 2021 at the site of construction of York University’s Continuing Studies Building on Keele Street in North York.
