Statistics Canada reports investment levels rose by 5.3% for the month, reaching $18.9 billion. The residential sector accounted for nearly $13 billion of the monthly total.

The 94-year-old property earned the Canada Green Building Council's Zero Carbon Building – Performance Standard designation earlier this month.
