The Scarborough Campus Student Residence building, which has been under construction since July 2020, is on track to open for the 2023-24 academic year.

The federal government has awarded contracts of just under $47 million to Arup and Pomerleau for work on the Alexandra Bridge in the National Capital Region.

The decision is an important first step toward planning the deployment of a small nuclear reactor.

The development for qualified immigrant engineers will help fill roughly 7,000 vacant positions in Ontario, said Labour Minister Monte McNaughton. 

The Ontario government has committed to spend an additional $12.5 million to bolster service delivery at the province’s six health and safety associations.
