The Premier says the province and federal government are working hard to ensure Stellantis doesn't pull out of building an electric vehicle battery plant in Windsor.

The report authors say costly extreme weather events like Hurricane Fiona, flooding in British Columbia and the Fort McMurray fires highlight the urgent need to adapt.  

The city plans to spend more than $1 billion planned on repairs and upgrades to local roads, bridges, expressways, TTC tracks, sewers and watermains.

Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne says Ontario needs to bring more money to the table to end the "stalemate" with Stellantis over its new electric-vehicle battery plant.

The EllisDon Construction Technology Accelerator Program is being run in partnership with Impulse Partners, a France-based start-up incubator, and aims to foster greater innovation.
