Statistics Canada said Friday real growth domestic product gained 0.1 per cent in August, topping its initial estimate that suggested no growth for the month.

The installation of 480 fuel channels in the Unit 6 reactor core was completed by a team of made up of workers and tradespeople from Aecon, SNC-Lavalin and United Engineers & Constructors.

The company posted revenue of $1.32 billion, compared to $1.16 billion in the same period last year. 

Four of the recipients intend to use some or part of their funding allocations to launch construction projects.

New legislation would divert regional waste to the Dufferin Creek plant, which is currently operating at 50 percent capacity, and is considered one of the top-performing treatment plans in the province.
