Perth County Fabrication entered a guilty plea in court in regard to its role in an on-site accident that led to a worker’s death in November 2019.

The company, which is a subsidiary of Bird Construction, will responsible for railway track, signal, and station works related to the project.

The agreement between the utility and Gwayakocchigewin Limited Partnership sees nine First Nations communities given the opportunity to invest in a 50-percent stake in the Waasigan Transmission Line project.
