The Calgary-based environmental consulting firm has acquired Kitchener’s Ecosystem Recovery Inc. in an effort to augment its business in Southern Ontario.

The report is the largest study to date on the impacts of climate change on Canadian infrastructure, and warns of the money that needs to be spent to create more resilient infrastructure.

The plan to create a new building for the Islamic Society of Toronto is part of the community benefits agreement attached to the Ontario Line subway project.

The funding will support building repairs and renovations to 198 social and community agencies across the province.
