More than 3,000 CP Rail conductors, engineers, train and yard workers represented by Teamsters Canada Rail Conference are off the job.

The project, which is valued at $125 million, will be delivered under an integrated project delivery model. It is expected to take eight years to complete, and will be the largest and most comprehensive wastewater IPD project performed in the country.
