An investment of $1.6 million will help to grow a Toronto-based program that connects survivors of domestic and gender-based violence with training in HVAC trades.

The $90-million Prescott and Russell Residence is being built by Ottawa general contractors HEIN, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, with occupancy planned for the second quarter of 2024.
