Côté mine will create 1,000 construction jobs
Premier Doug Ford and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau attended the groundbreaking of IAMGOLD’s Côté Gold Mine project in Gogama on September 11. The project will create 1,000 trades jobs during construction, and 450 jobs when operational.
Province invests $175M in hospital repairs
The funding will be directed toward projects such as HVAC systems replacements and roof repairs. The money will be shared among 129 hospitals across the province, and includes $50 million for COVID-related projects.

Cambridge dam project will go ahead
