Seven of Ontario’s largest local construction associations are celebrating the anniversary of the launch of Link2Build.ca—and the positive changes it has created in the competitive market for construction news and information services.

The line of products is Canada’s first carbon-dioxide reduced concrete brand, and creates up to 70 percent fewer emissions than traditional products.

The findings in the company’s latest construction activity index are based in part on Procore user data, and show an overall improving trend in logged activity.

The facility will serve as a transit hub for travel across Peel, Halton and Toronto. It was built under a P3 arrangement with a group led by EllisDon at a cost of $128 million.

Built in Nova Scotia, a 340-tonne bridge that will be used as part of the Port Lands Flood Protection project was shipped down the St. Lawrence Seaway to Toronto in a matter of a week.
