Record permit values in ’21 driven by increases in material, labour prices
Permit values rose by a whopping 25.6 percent in 2021, but that increase was largely driven by soaring costs for materials and labour.
Province to fund construction of addition at Toronto school

Equiton investment fund acquires Ottawa development project
The Riverain District will consist of three proposed high-rise towers with over 790,000 square feet of residential area. Equiton recently bought a controlling stake in the project for $30 million.
