The Windsor Construction Association (WCA) announced its board of directors for the 2019–20 and 2020–21 years at the association’s General Membership Meeting on November 14.

Tony Rosati of Rosati Construction Inc. assumes the role of WCA president, while Virg Costa of Haller Mechanical/Spada Sheet Metal became vice-president. Joining those men on the executive are treasurer Phil Morand of Riverside Rentals and secretary Rose Ferro of Vince Ferro Construction. The association’s past-president is Davide Petretta of Petretta Construction.

The association’s directors at large are:

• Dave Colle of Coco Group of Companies,
• Robert DiMaio of Archon Architect Incorporated,
• John Miller of Matassa Inc.,
• Greg Barlow of Royal LePage Binder RealEstate,

• Louis Bertoia of United Rentals,
• Dennis Schincariol of Alliance Windsor, and
