Welcome to Link2Build!

Today marks the launch the Ontario construction industry’s newest information portal, Link2Build.ca.

You’ll see many things on our site. The first is news and information. Updated daily, our site will provide you with the latest updates on everything that is happening in and around our industry. Of course we’ll stay on top of breaking news as it develops, but check back regularly for even deeper insight into the trends that cut across our industry—everything from legal and financial updates to the latest in health and safety, technology and business practices, and so much more. Our aim is to provide you with the ideas and information you need to grow and succeed in today’s competitive business environment.

Link2Build is also the construction industry’s newest hub for construction project listings. Our members can access plans and specifications for thousands of construction bidding opportunities published annually among our seven founding associations. If your firm is already a member of any of these associations, then you already enjoy a Link2Build membership. If not, browse the site to learn more about how to become a Link2Build member.

Publish certificates and other notices

If you are a project purchaser, owner or a prime contractor, you can also use our site to publish Certificates of Substantial Performance, and other government notices as described in the Construction Act. We charge just $199 per notice, regardless of length, and publish the forms instantly. All forms are archived to the site and completely searchable. What’s more, we also offer the functionality to notify all the subtrades and suppliers involved on your project once your certificate is published.

Link2Build is an alliance of seven of Ontario’s local construction associations:

• Grand Valley Construction Association
• Kingston Construction Association
• London & District Construction Association
• Niagara Construction Association
• Northeastern Ontario Construction Association
• Ottawa Construction Association
• Windsor Construction Association

Combined, these associations represent more than 3,000 member companies, including general contractors, consultants, subcontractors, heavy construction companies, suppliers, and professional services organizations. They also process and host nearly 10,000 total construction bid opportunities in their plan rooms each year, offer hundreds of education, professional development and safety training courses, and perform countless other activities to enhance and promote standards of professionalism in Ontario’s construction industry.
