Ehren Cory extends stay as IO CEO
Ehren Cory will remain as chief executive officer of Infrastructure Ontario for another six months.
In January, Cory announced that he would step down from his post with three months’ notice. His final day on the job was originally scheduled for April 30.
On April 21, Laurie Scott, the provincial minister of infrastructure, announced that Cory’s appointment had been extended.
“He will remain in his role until October 31, 2020,” she said. “I thank Ehren for agreeing to extend his tenure at IO and look forward to his continued strong leadership during this challenging period.”
Cory has worked for IO for seven years, including three years as its CEO.
