PCA Canada appoints new Ontario director of public affairs
The Progressive Contractors Association of Canada (PCA) announced on October 19 that it has named Stephen Hamilton as its new Director of Public Affairs in Ontario.
“I am very pleased to have such an experienced government relations professional join our team,” said Karen Renkema, PCA’s Vice-President, Ontario. “Stephen brings extensive industry knowledge, integrity, and fantastic relationships that he’s built over the years. His industry acumen will be instrumental in our drive to keep Ontario’s construction market fair, open and competitive.”

He also served in stakeholder and government relations at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association.
“I’m delighted to join a national team that’s dedicated to ensuring all contractors and workers have an opportunity to build Ontario’s infrastructure and economy,” said Hamilton. “I look forward to serving PCA members by continuing to work collaboratively with both industry stakeholders and government.”
