MLSE reveals latest on Scotiabank Arena renovations
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) has provided updates on the latest improvements made as part of the ongoing Scotiabank Arena Reimagination project.
Now in its third phase, highlights of the newest renovations will include a floor to ceiling design transformation of the 300 Level concourse, the addition of a new Loge Club, revamped suites on the 400 and 500 Levels, additional elevator access, a brand-new Coors Light Chill Zone, and overall technology upgrades to the retail and food and beverage experiences.

The final Phase 3 renovations are being led by construction manager PCL Construction in collaboration with Brisbin Brook Beynon Architects. They include upgrades to the second part of the 300 Level concourse, a new elevator shaft to service the southwest side of the building, and a transformed Coors Light Chill Zone that include an expanded footprint with more social-first spaces, upgraded finishes, and a new primary bar
The Scotiabank Arena Venue Reimagination Project launched in 2023 with a $350-million investment.
In the last two years, Scotiabank Arena has experienced a series of significant transformations including full design and functional makeovers of concourses, introduction of new premium spaces and dining experiences, and implementation of state-of-the-art technology.
MLSE says it will share construction plans for future phases in the coming months.
