The recent killing on a tradeswoman at work in the United States exposes a larger pattern of hostile and unsafe work sites for women and gender-diverse workers.

With better information, communities can choose repair and retrofit solutions that are more efficient and better timed.

The investment will support planning to redevelop and renovate approximately 9,300 square feet of existing hospital space, allowing the hospital to expand its programs.
