Water infrastructure construction levels rising
The rate of construction of water infrastructure grew from around 6,000 kilometres per year between 2000 to 2016 to 13,000 kilometres per year in 2017 and 2018.
Half of Ontario hospitals in poor state of repair; accountability office says
