The group says it is disappointed with the Supreme Court ruling in B.C. to dismiss the appeal of using government reprisal clauses for construction.

The inquest is mandatory under the Coroner’s Act, and may lead to further recommendations for change.

The institution is now authorized to deliver apprenticeship training in the general machinist, cook and welder trades.

The ask is for 40 percent of the $28 billion in estimated project costs. It does not include any call for money for Hamilton’s transit network.
