Marit Stiles is asking the province's integrity commissioner to consider within his Greenbelt investigation the premier and government staffers' reported use of personal phones and emails.

The federal government is committing $11 million to the project, which is expected to double the airline’s capacity at the Ottawa airport.

The facility is slated to be built on the Chalk River Laboratories site in Deep River, Ont., about 180 kilometres northwest of Ottawa. The lab tests nuclear technology.

Last year, the province took 7,400 acres of land out of the Greenbelt and replaced it with about 9,400 acres elsewhere.

The project’s scope of work includes a 350,000-square foot warehouse, yard and state-of the art repair shop.
