Oliver Bruneau, 24, died in hospital in March 2016. He had been working in the bottom of a nine-storey deep excavation when a slab of ice detached from an excavation wall and crushed him.

Effective July 1, 2022, the cost of a COVID-19 related claim which arose on or after July 1, 2022 will be allocated to the individual Schedule 1 employer.
