The verdict and recommendations in an inquest into a scaffolding collapse that killed four men in Toronto more than a decade ago are expected today.

The project, which calls for separate facilities to be constructed in Moosonee and Moose Factory Island, is the first to deploy Infrastructure Ontario’s new progressive procurement approach.

Permit values rose by a whopping 25.6 percent in 2021, but that increase was largely driven by soaring costs for materials and labour.
