The City of Toronto has selected a team to develop and operate a $250-million purpose-built, state-of-the-art film, television and digital media hub on its waterfront lands.

Funds from the GMF  help municipalities create capital projects that reduce pollution, improve energy efficiency, build affordable and sustainable housing, and revitalize public infrastructure.

Work on the bridge deck is reaching its final stages, while the city is consulting on the east and west approaches to the structure, and on the bridge’s new name.
